• If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a refund;
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before any returns will be accepted. The RA number will be issued to you after you contact us via this page.
• Your RA number must be written on the outside of the box or your package will be returned back to you without refund.
